Here's what you will see on your screen
during live support sessions:
Customer Control Panel: This enables you to stop and start screen sharing, send chat messages, transfer files to us and end the session.
Your Live, On-Screen Help: We'll have keyboard and mouse control, so you will see your cursor moving around and can watch everything we do. (You can regain control by jiggling the mouse or hitting any key on the keyboard. This is useful if you need to show us the problem.)
GoToAssist Express Shortcut: An optional desktop icon makes it easier for you to enter a support session the next time you need our help.
Receiving Unattended Support
Need us to work when you are away from your computer? Need us to perform remote administration? Ask us to set up GoToAssist Express Unattended Support and we can work on your computer when it's convenient for you.
