It's a girl! Join us in welcoming Riley Elizabeth Smith, daughter of Joe Smith - laptop repair genius. Riley was born on January 20th. We'll see Joe back in a week, in the meantime we're doing our best to keep up with laptops....but he's the man!

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Chris Jackson - Manager Dragonware ComputersChris is the Store Manager and an A+ Certified Technician with an Associates of Applied Sciences in Computer Information Systems.  He is proficient in both hardware and software, and is a troubleshooting specialist.  Chris is available both in-store and on-site for PC setup and networking, internet connectivity issues, installation and troubleshooting of peripherals or software, and personalized teaching of basic computer skills.
Joe Smith - Laptop Repair Specialist at Dragonware Computers

Joe  is our laptop specialist. He has an A.S. in Mechanical Engineering, with an extensive background in electronic repair.  Joe serves as our resident "MacGuyver", he finds creative solutions to uncommon problems. Joe is what we in the repair industry often refer to as "the man" when it involves laptops.

 

Jon is our general technician. If you have an infected PC this it the guy you want to see! He is also one of our gaming specialists, so ask for him when it's time to build your killer gaming system. (And you might not want to go against him on Unreal Tournament!)
Matt Swann - field technician for Dragonware ComputersMatt is primarily a field technician. He specializes in networking, system deployments, and business systems maintenance as well as general computer troubleshooting. We don't see him much, but our customers tell us he's awesome!
Phillip and Michelle Reopel - owner Dragonware ComputersPhillip and Michelle founded Dragonware Computers in April of 2003. They have been guest/host of Computer Talk on WSJS (computer talk show), featured on WXII News Channel 12 for tech stories, and in the Winston-Salem Journal. Phillip is now working almost exclusively in the field, and is rarely in the store. Michelle now has two children to care for, and is therefore working from home on web design and maintenance.
